App Design • 2010
I designed a touch-screen app experience for an in-store washer/refrigerator customer service kiosk for LG. The experience promoted key innovations of their products, and let customers browse and compare hardware before buying. The kiosk sat on top of washers and next to fridges.
The app started with a rotating attractor loop that grabbed the attention of customers in-store.
The app had a logical flow. It offered innovations first, model types second, a browsing experience third, and a comprehensive comparative shopping tool last.
We built an energy calculator to help customers see the impact in savings that each model offered.
