LG approached us to update an existing kiosk that provides customers with information about LG Laundry products and more. We created a focused experience that gave customers product comparison and innovative features while shopping in-store.
The touch-based experience began with a stylish attractor loop to draw customers in, followed by educational features about the products, including: in-depth innovation details, educational videos, an energy calculator, and smart browse/filtering controls to compare models.
